1. have reviewed the Privacy Policy and Standard agreement for the provision of legal services to individuals (see the “Legal Information” section of the website) and fully accept its terms and conditions by way of accession thereto;
2. provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information lawfully obtained and/or lawfully belonging to you, including, without limitation, your first name, last name, telephone number, email address, and any other information contained in your Request;
3. grant your full and informed consent to the collection and processing of your personal data, including its cross-border transfer, for the purposes of providing the legal services requested by you, as well as for marketing and other purposes not prohibited by the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4. have been informed of your right to withdraw your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data at any time by submitting a written request to Info@Lanes.law. You further acknowledge and understand that the withdrawal of such consent may affect the manner and/or timing of the provision of legal services.
